G.R.O.W 2.0 (In Session) Drückglück
12 week program starting March 31st.
What is G.R.O.W 2.0?
It's an updated, more in depth approach to the original G.R.O.W. 66 day challenge.

G - Guidance. Let me be your mentor. Let me help you get faster results. I've made the mistakes, so you don't have to.
​
R- Rewrite the story. The story of "I'm not good enough, I'm a lazy piece of crap, I always quit." Changing the language. Change the life.
​
O - Open up. Taking stillness. Feeling silence. Writing down feelings. Wings. Losses. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.
​
W - Workout! Of course movement is part of this program. You will receive 6 x 15 minute workouts per week. Do them all, do some. Do what WORKS for you.
​
Pencil 20 minutes into your day. Every day. And if not every day, what YOU can commit to. Complete the check-ins. Write in your journal. Take stillness. Eat healthy. Show up on on the facebook group. Stay accountable. Join the Zoom calls.

We are going to do 6 x 15 minute live recorded workouts per week for 12 weeks:

tuesday: lower
wednesday: cardio
thursday: core
friday: glutes
saturday: full body
All workouts will be different; you won't get bored!​
There will be meditations posted to help you become more present in your life.
There will be nutrition advice.

Rise & Grind: 8 week early morning program Drückglück
Get up, get it done!
Join me every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 645 am for a quick and dirty 30 minute workout.
This will be fast paced, so basic knowledge of movement is necessary for this program.
I can modify for beginners, but knowledge of movement is needed.

We start July 8th at 21 MacAleer Drive. Drückglück
8 week commitment.

MPS Scar Release Therapy Drückglück
This treatment is FDA and Health Canada approved, it can speed up the healing process, decrease pain in the connective tissue, help to loosen any internal adhesions, and helps to relax and fade the scar. If you have numbness, this therapy will change your life.
How it works: Using two Dolphin Neurostim devices, I will send safe, low level, electrical currents to the scar to help reintroduce circulation, also, to re-polarize the skin surrounding the scar.
After just one session, there will be a change in the pliability of the scar. After a series of MPS sessions (*typically* 4-5), blood circulation, flow of energy, and lymph drainage in the scar is normalized.

6 pm Sweat 10 week program Drückglück (In session)
Join an amazing group of women learn the fundamentals of corrective exercise while gaining strength, confidence, and having a LOT of laughs as well.
This is a 10 week program, held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm.
Program starts March 25th.​

As a mother of two, and a corrective exercise specialist, I can help you on your fitness journey as a Momma. Our bodies won't be the same ever again; they will be better. We are better.
The Drückglück Program is more than just working out. It's community. It's sharing. It's social.
In 2025, I've decided to make the MOM Program the most flexible program yet; 8 classes per week.

Drückglück: Man Edition 12 week online program for men (In session)
